As you were notified in Letter# G-99-9303-A, dated April 1, 2013, Navistar has asked FleetSoft to assume all responsibilities related to the administration, licensing and support of our fleet maintenance and inventory management software products being used by Navistar dealers with their fleet customers. Since most of our interaction with Navistar for the last twelve years has been at the corporate level, please allow us to introduce ourselves.
FleetSoft has been designing, developing and supporting fleet maintenance and inventory management software since 1994. It is our core business. That is all we do and we are committed to your satisfaction.
The latest software which we developed for Navistar, OnCommand Maintenance & Inventory Management, has the identical look, feel, functionality and ease-of-use as our flag ship product, Truck Tracker. From Diamond Connection to Diamond Connection Solutions to OnCommand Maintenance and Inventory Management to Truck Tracker, the evolution continues.
This transition should be seamless and will not result in the interruption of any currently running software at any of your customer locations. We know how much your fleet customers have come to rely on the features and benefits of our software and we certainly don't want to let them down any more than you do.
