While online resources, like Fleetsoft's knowledgebase, answers to common questions, and anything else found on the website, is always available to you,
Fleetsoft Tech Support is a service packaged with your software and must be renewed annually in order to receive most support from our tech support team and to get new updates to your Fleetsoft software.

Fleetsoft's support team is not expected to solve issues outside of the software; if you are having connection, printer setup, or other computer issues not necessarily related to Fleetsoft, please consult with your company's tech support or IT department first. Thank you.

Included with Support

No Support Plan

  • Your Fleetsoft license is still active, but you will not have the same access to our support team and will not receive software updates
  • Email or submit a request form (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
  • Fleetsoft offers services that are not included in your annual support plan. A few examples of these services are: training, consulting, and custom programming
  • Access to maintenance releases of customer's version only* (*Please Note: Customer version may not be the current version.)
  • You may re-enroll in the Support plan at any time, but you will still have to pay for the time that you were not enrolled*
    *This prevents the abuse of paying for support only when a desired update releases*
