If you are looking to include fuel data from your fuel management system to get a total cost of your fleet, Fleetsoft can help. Fleetsoft's Fuel Interface will import your fuel data into Fleetsoft with relative ease. Not only does Fleetsoft's Fuel Interface eliminate the need to enter your fuel data twice, but it also checks the imported data's integrity. By simply saving the fuel system's data in an ASCII Comma Delimited format and assigning the column headers to Fleetsoft's Fuel record column headers, the data can be imported directly into the Fuel Module and used to record fleet fuel cost as well as total cost. The incoming data is checked for missing items along with data discrepancies allowing the user to make corrections before fully imported into Fleetsoft.
