- Organizes recurring PM services to be performed on a specific schedule by Miles/KM, days, hours, or other type of meter.
- Creates a PM schedule for a group of vehicles and assigns the schedule to the entire group.
- Copies a PM schedule from one vehicle/equipment to another.
- Tracks a PM service by 2 custom meters (miles/hours/km/other) and time limit.
- Warns when PM is coming due using the user defined perimeters.
- Links PM’s that contain the same services so if one is performed the other will be rescheduled for a future date.
E-mail Reminders
Keep your entire organization informed of upcoming vehicle maintenance, employee expiration's, parts reorder, and more.
- Sends reminder e-mails to alert the designated recipient(s).
- Configures each recipient or groups of recipients to receive specified alerts.
- Specifies which alert and the contents to be included within that alert sent to recipient.
- Schedules how often e-mail alerts are to be sent and the period of time to expire before e-mail reminder is resent.
Multiple Sites
Manage one central fleet database across multiple sites/locations/companies without losing data security.
- Configures user security access per site.
- Permits users to view, edit, or delete PM schedules, work orders, parts inventory or any other information that pertains to the site they are logged into.
- Allows all sites to view vehicle information and history.
- Generates reports for the site user is logged into. If user is designated under security configuration to access all sites, reports may be generated to include all sites.

- Performs queries to filter reporting to provide only information meeting the criteria entered.
- Preview and print reports by network printer, HTML or PDF format.
- Exports reports into .csv file. Ability to open in Excel if installed on computer.
